With reference to your letter of the 15th
instant, I am commanded by My Lords Commissioners of the
Admiralty to request that you will move the Secretary of
State for the Colonies to cause the enclosed Warrants
authorizing the Blue Ensign to be worn on board Yachts
belonging to the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club, to be forwarded
to the Secretary of the Club.

2.
I am to add that the Warrant carries no
privileges beyond those voluntarily granted by the various
Port Authorities.

3.
My Lords would suggest that the Secretary of
the Club be requested to communicate direct with the Admiralty
in future.
